Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is an action video game developed by Crystal Dynamics and Nixxes Software. It was published by Eidos Interactive and distributed by Square Enix. The game was initially released in August of 2010. The game is set up with a fixed 3-D camera platform and is played in third person.
A free online multiplayer patch, according to Crystal Dynamics, is also being developed, but it wasn’t yet accessible at the time of our review. In addition to providing enough new gameplay to feel thrilling and novel, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light also charmingly incorporates the franchise’s enduring elements.

In multiplayer, players take the role as either Lara Croft or a 2,000 year old Mayan warrior named Totec.
