Since the top speed is aerodynamically (drag) limited, any headwind is going to reduce your ground speed (what is shown on the speedo) by a proportional amount. 10mph headwind will take you from 165 down to 155.

Using that video with the car at 6000 rpm at 265 kph for math at 6500 rpm speed should be about 287 kph. Moreover, the car’s top speed is exaggerated to 257 mph in Forza Horizon 3. As far as the acceleration is concerned, LaFerrari can reach 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds and 0-186 mph under 6.9 seconds.
